When should I RSVP by?

When should we aim to arrive and leave Mallorca?

Answer

Our celebrations will run across the weekend, we would love for you to be present for all events but understand if you have other commitments. Events will commence on Friday 04 July until late Sunday 06 July, you can find more detail on the 'schedule' tab. If you are debating staying longer, we highly recommend to do so as Mallorca is a beautiful island with plenty to see and do.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

The wedding party will be staying at Hotel ROC Illetas, we encourage you to stay at this hotel or nearby as transport for the wedding day will collect and return guests to this location. Please see 'Travel' tab for more information

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We look forward to celebrating with you and we love your little ones, but this is an adults only affair apart from those who will be involved in the wedding party. We hope this means you will be able to relax and enjoy the celebrations with the little ones safely looked after at home

I have a food allergy or dietary requirement, what should I do?

Answer

Please share any food allergies and dietary requirements in the additional question on the RSVP. If we have any follow up questions, we will reach out to confirm. We will work with catering to best accommodate your needs.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate this day with our nearest and dearest, in order to maintain an intimate wedding the guest list is limited to those on the invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding ceremony will be an unplugged occasion. We kindly ask that you be present with us. We have professional photographer, videographers and content creator on hand to capture all the special moments and will be excited to share all the photos with you. After the ceremony you are welcome to take photos but please do not share any photos of me in my dress until we have the opportunity to share on social media first! Thank you!

What should I wear for each event?

Friday 04 July, Welcome Event at Balneario, Illetas This venue is located at a restaurant on the beach. Dress code is smart casual For men: shirts, smart polos, chinos, chino shorts, smart trainers/shoes For women: dressy, summer dresses, sandals, heels or wedges Saturday 05 July, Wedding Day at Finca Son Berga This venue is a stunning, traditional finca in the mountains surrounded by farms Dress code is smart formal For men: light-weight suits (linen, cottons), ties not required, shirts, chinos, smart shoes For women: formal wedding guest dress, cocktail garden party attire, summer vibes

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

Yes, for the wedding day we will be arranging transportation to collect and return guests to the Hotel ROC Illetas. The transportation will depart this hotel 4:30pm sharp, if you miss this coach, you will have to source alternative transport. This journey will take roughly 45 minutes into the mountains, depending on traffic For the return, two times will be available 12:30am or 02:30am, please signal which you expect to take in the RSVP.

What do I need to do if I wish to join the boat trip on Sunday?

Answer

Please respond to the event in the RSVP, we will follow up with additional information to collect money closer to the wedding. The £80pp covers a buffet onboard and free bar on wine, beer, soft drinks and water.

This boat trip will run from 4:00pm until 09:00pm Please remember to bring swimwear, towels, SPF or any other sun protection There will be limited shade onboard Food and drink will be available onboard
