RSVPs were due by April 27th. Final numbers and payment have been submitted to the venue. If you need to change your RSVP, please contact Jamie or Erich.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving around 4:30 PM and enjoying a chilled water, lemonade or iced tea prior to the beginning of the ceremony. Arrivals after 5:00 PM will not be able to enjoy the ceremony. No seriously... there will be bouncers and everything. No there won't, but please be on time.
We suggest men wear a suit or dress shirt with a tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please note the venue does not allow jeans and sneakers. Please wear whatever makes you feel the most comfortable and ready to hang out with us all night. Bright, summery colors encouraged. Have fun!
If "and guest" or your partner’s name is written on your wedding invitation, you can bring someone. We would love for everyone to have a good time; if your circumstances change, please reach out to Jamie and Erich as soon as possible.
The only children that can be accommodated are those named on the invitations. While we love your children and we know how difficult it can be to leave them behind, we request you find childcare if you are able to join us.
The ceremony is planned to be outside. If there is rain or otherwise inclement weather we will move inside. The reception will be inside with easy access to the courtyard and grounds for fresh air. Temperatures at this time of day typically range from about 75 - 85 degrees. The humidity can make it feel warmer, but it shouldn't feel like midsummer heat. Please dress accordingly.
There are plenty of parking spaces at Aldie Mansion for our guests.
Aldie Mansion is ADA-accessible! There is designated handicapped parking spaces close to the outdoor ceremony locations and an area close to the estate's front door for easy pick up and drop off from the indoor spaces. There are ramps in the primary celebration spots, a restroom available on the main floor of the reception, and paved pathways on the grounds. If the ceremony is hosted outside, you may be required to walk on grass for a short distance. If you have concerns, please contact Jamie or Erich you can make an accomodation for your comfort.
We have hired a professional photographer for the day, and request that she be allowed to do her job with no interruptions or conflicts. The ceremony will be unplugged and we request no photography from our guests. However, we know how important your own memories of the night are. Our officiant will specify a time during the ceremony for you take a photo of us, and once cocktail hour starts you are free to take all the photos you like.
You can look forward to passed hors d’oeuvres, grazing station, and Caesar salad (Jamie's favorite) to start. Your meal will be acompanied by seasonal veggies with an option of Coriander Chicken with a Salsa Verde, Flat Iron Steak with a Brown Butter sauce or Red Dragon Tofu with a Red Miso Glaze. There will be cake and adult milkshakes to follow. Before you panic... the bar is open! You only need to bring cash to tip the bartenders if you'd like.
We are able to accommodate your needs. Please contact Jamie or Erich so they can coordinate with the catering company.
At this time, there is no hotel block planned. If enough guests express interest in staying the night (and continuing the party!) we will plan and update accordingly.
The couple will be cutting it up in Doylestown after the wedding! Please join them. They paid way too much for a party bus to take guests from the mansion into Doylestown so please take advantage of this!

You can contact Erich, but he'll just ask Jamie anyway. Save yourself some time and contact Jamie directly.
