What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking everyone to be at the venue by 4:00 PM.

What should I wear?

Answer

We are having everyone in formal attire (i.e. dresses, suits).

I'm visiting, where do I stay?

Answer

The first 2 hotels listed in the travel section are the closest hotels to our venue and we have booked blocks of rooms at these 2 hotels. There are other hotels listed in the travel section that are in the area to choose from as well.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony and ask that everyone put away their cell phones and devices during the ceremony. After the ceremony, please take as many pictures as you wish. We will also be having a photo booth during the reception.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, our venue does provide on site parking. Our venue has informed us that guests are able to leave their cars overnight and pick them up by 11:00 AM the next day.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, with respect, we would like our special day to be an adult only occasion.

How long of a drive is it to Harvest View Barn at Hershey Farms (venue) from the Philadelphia area?

Answer

It is approximately a 1 hour 30 minute drive.
