Is the wedding outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the shade of 2 oak trees by the lake. The reception will be held indoors. There will be golf cart escorts for those who need assistance to the ceremony cite, which is located about 200 yards from the parking area.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Please wear semi-formal attire for the ceremony and reception. Please plan according to the weather, which can be unpredictable in May, as the ceremony will be held outside.

Will there be Alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us as long as your on the dance floor! Please drink responsibly, overnight parking is available at the venue. Cars simply need to be moved by 10am the following day. Please use ride shares if needed, they frequent the venue and are easy to order to the location.

Will there be assigned seating?

Answer

NO. I am a teacher and have to strategically assign my students seats everyday so that they will behave. You are my family and friends, not my students; therefore we will have open seating. Please feel free to sit with whoever you like, if you have to move a few chairs around to fit your family or group please do so within reason and don't leave anyone left out.

Will there be more to do than just dance?

Answer

Yes! We know dancing isn't everyone's cup of tea, so in addition to dancing, we'll have some fun board and card games available to play after dinner. If you have a favorite, feel free to bring it along!
