FAQs

Question

What are the hotel options?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to book a stay at one of the hotels on the resort property as that is part of the terms of our wedding contract agreement. There are 4 hotels included within the resort: 1. Grand Palladium Bávaro Suites Resort & Spa (currently closed for renovations but expected to reopen in December 2025) 2. Grand Palladium Punta Cana Resort & Spa 3. Grand Palladium Palace Resort Spa & Casino 4. TRS Turquesa Hotel Punta Cana (adults only) Link to resort map: https://www.palladiumhotelgroup.com/content/dam/palladium/documents/hoteles/republica-dominicana/punta-cana/mapa-resort-punta-cana-palladium-hotel-group.pdf

Question

What is included with my stay?

Answer

Guests are responsible for the cost of flight and hotel stay. At the resort, it is an all inclusive so all food and drink is included in the price. Once you book your stay, there is also an app you can download for all resort activities and a resort map: Palladium Hotel Group

Question

Is there a room block available?

Answer

We have found that booking separately was more cost efficient versus the room block pricing provided. We would recommend booking through hotels.com or Expedia for a lower price, but please feel free to price it out.

Question

What is the wedding dress code?

Answer

We opted for beach casual and are encouraging guests to wear blue or green, as we are not having a bridal party. For women: flowy sundress, maxi dress, romper, etc. For men: button-up, polo, khakis, chinos, etc. Please avoid the following: swimsuits/swimsuit cover-ups, flip flops, denim, and t-shirts.

Question

What are the food and drink options at the resort?

Answer

**for all inclusive, almost everything is no additional charge. Some things on the menu, like a bottle of wine, are an additional charge. If you’re not sure, you can always ask but anything that is an additional charge will have a price shown on the menu** For food: there are buffet options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. For dinner, they also have many restaurants but they do require a reservation ahead of time. For drinks: each room will have a mini bar that gets restocked daily with water, sodas, and beer. We would recommend you bring your own cup/bottle with a closed top so you can fill it with bottled water. Aside from the bottled water in your room, there are water stations at the buffets as well. Please remember: do not drink the water out of the faucet/tap.
