Dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have a main hotel block with Hyatt Place Sterling/Dulles Airport-North (Address: 21481 Ridgetop Cir, Sterling, VA 20166; Phone: 703-444-3909). Buses will be picking up and dropping off at this hotel (approximate pickup time 3:15 PM). Hyatt Place Wedding block link: https://www.hyatt.com/en-US/group-booking/IADZN/G-LMWG. Book as soon as possible to ensure discount rate and availability! (discount rate expires after block is full or by latest March 27, 2024). Please call the hotel if you are not able to book rooms with the link to confirm hotel is sold out and it is not just an error with the site. ***As of March 5, 2024, we could not get any more rooms at Hyatt Place using our discount code, but there are still rooms showing as available with the hotel's regular rate of $132-142 if you prefer to stay with us at this hotel. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- We have also secured overflow rooms 5 min down the road with the Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades (Address: 46331 McClellan Way, Sterling, VA 20165; Phone: 703-450-9595) in the event Hyatt Place completely sells out. (We do not know what is going on that weekend, but these hotels are selling out like hot cakes!). Should you wish to drive to the ceremony/reception, there is free parking on site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, buses will pick up and drop off at Hampton Inn Dulles/Cascades (estimated departure time: 3 PM) and Hyatt Place Sterling/Dulles Airport-North (estimated departure time 3:15 PM).

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

We would love to keep the party going after the wedding so hope you all will join us for an after party at The Bungalow Lakehouse (Address: 46116 Lake Center Plaza, Sterling, VA 20165).
