Question

When should I arrive?

Answer

We’re shooting for a ceremony during sunset/golden hour and advise getting to the venue at 7 PM to get parked and finding your seats.

Can I bring guests or invite friends?

Answer

We expect a +1 if you’re married/in a relationship or +(?) if you have children, but outside of those circumstances, please do not invite. We made sure to have a list of who will bring a plus one or their kiddos and planned accordingly to be able to have enough food, tables, etc for those invited.

Can I have my phone out to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We have a professional photographer that will be taking photos and are asking for an unplugged ceremony. Please do not have your phone out during the ceremony so our photographer can work their magic unblocked and uninterrupted. We will be happy to pose for photos and such after the ceremony and encourage candid photos during the reception.

What is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP no later than March 23rd for final guest count.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal. We will be doing the ceremony outside around sunset and the reception will be inside. We encourage you to wear/pack something nice, comfortable, and not too warm or too light as we aren’t sure what the weather will decide to do that day.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes! But it is BYOB. Bring liquor/beer and mixers of your choice, BUT all alcohol must go to the bartender, none can be in coolers, at tables, or anywhere besides behind the bar.
