Are masks provided?

Answer

Yes, the venue supplies masks for everyone throughout the event. There are mask stations where guests can grab and go.

Are there sanitization areas?

Answer

Yes, the venue provides sanitization stations at the bar, buffet section and outside of all bathrooms.

How often are surfaces sanitized?

Answer

The venue has dedicated staff members who wipe down all surfaces every 45 minutes throughout the entire event.

What is the seating area like?

Answer

There are farm house tables that are spaced 6 feet apart from each other. Each table seats 8 people. The reception area itself is very spacious with more than ample room for guests to spread out and maintain a comfortable distance if desired. There are multiple levels at the venue including an outside area that will be made available throughout the duration of the event.

What is the guest restriction?

Answer

Due to COVID-19, the venue and the MD Department of Health have set their capacity at 120 guests.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour is both outside on the patio and inside at the bar. Reception is inside. All guests are welcome to stay outdoors if they are more comfortable. There is a firepit outside in case it's chilly, and there will be cocktail tables setup outside for guests who would like remain outdoors.

What's the dinner situation?

Answer

This will be a buffet style type of dinner. Guests will be individually served at each station by the server. Tables will be called up individually so that guests can maintain distance. There will be no reused cutlery (including glassware). Each time a guest would like to attend another food station, new cutlery will be provided.
