WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE? We warmly invite all ceremony guests to arrive 20 minutes early to ensure everyone is settled before things begin. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? Please wear formal attire … dresses for the ladies; suit and tie or equivalent for the gentlemen. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR CHILDREN? We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, as we’re working with limited space & an intentional guest list.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE ZOOM LINK? For those unable to travel or who we couldn’t include due to limited seating, we’re so happy to offer a Zoom link. If you're not attending in person but would still like to join virtually, please answer the Zoom request question at the bottom of your RSVP form. You will receive the Zoom link by email the week prior to the wedding. WILL THERE BE A VIRTUAL RECEPTION OR ONLY THE CEREMONY? The Zoom livestream will be for the ceremony only.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO KEEP THE RECEPTION SMALL? Since it's essentially a destination wedding for both of our families, we’ve chosen to keep the reception small & personal. WHAT TIME DOES THE RECEPTION END? The evening will wrap up around 9:30pm. CAN I REQUEST A SONG FOR THE DANCE FLOOR? We’d love that! When you RSVP, you’ll have the chance to let us know your favorite song to dance to. CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE OR CHILDREN? We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend, as we’re working with limited space & an intentional guest list. WILL DINNER BE SERVED? Yes, a full dinner will be served at the reception. ARE THERE VEGETARIAN OR SPECIAL DIET OPTIONS? Absolutely! Jamie’s been vegetarian for nearly 15 years, so there will be plant-based options. When RSVPing, please share any dietary restrictions so we can do our best to accommodate. WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL? Yes, there will be a modest variety of alcohol available for 21+ years old guests to enjoy in moderation.

WHAT AIRPORT SHOULD I FLY INTO? Denver International Airport (DEN) is the closest major airport. IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED? You’ll need to arrange your own transportation. Please see the "TRAVEL" section of the site. A helpful resource is www.autoslash.com to pick up & drop off a rental car at the DEN airport. AutoSlash compares car rental deals across providers and can often lock you into better rates than booking direct. Jamie has used this site multiple times within the last year. IS THERE A HOTEL BLOCK AVAILABLE? Yes! Please see the "TRAVEL" section of the site. We've reserved a hotel block at a beautiful Hilton about 20 minutes away. Rooms are available under our special rate until October 18, 2025 ... please book early to lock it in!

With both of our registries on Target & Amazon, the best shipping address has been provided & you can choose to ship it there rather than bring it with you. You can easily access these registries on the "REGISTRY" section of our site. DO YOU PREFER TO RECEIVE CASH? Yes! Please refer to the "REGISTRY" section of our site for any credit card or Venmo gifts. We would be so grateful for any contribution toward our new life together.
