When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP by August 19th. With your invitation, there is an RSVP card that you can fill out and return.

What time should I arrive?
Answer
Please arrive promptly at 6:00pm in time for you to get situated - you will be greeted with champagne and the opportunity to mingle with others before the ceremony!

Where should we park?
Answer
Upon arrival to The Palace at Somerset Park, you will be greeted with a uniformed attendant who will direct you to the Coe/Ramirez Wedding at the West House. Once you reach the entrance, complimentary valet service is provided for your convenience. If you choose to use valet, please don't forget to tip the attendant at the end of the celebration!

Are pictures and videos allowed during the ceremony?
Answer
We kindly request for our ceremony to remain unplugged until we exchange our vows. During the reception, we encourage you to take as many pictures you'd like to share on social media using our hashtag #JamiecuffedJeff so we can keep track of all the memories!

What is the dress code?
Answer
We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to look spiffy in semi-formal or black tie attire! Save the jeans, flip flops, shorts, and sneakers for another day!

Each meal is selected at the reception. If you have any restrictions or allergies, please notify your server.

What hotel accommodations are available?
Answer
We have discounted rates available at the Spinghill Suites by Marriott located at 16 Cedar Grove Lane Franklin Township, NJ 08873 right next to the venue! Rooms start at $129 for a Single King and a Double Queen. Complimentary shuttle will be provided to and from the venue. To book, visit the "Hotel" page on our website. You must book your room by August 30, 2022 in order to receive the discount! Rooms are available for Thursday, September 29, 2022 & Friday, September 30, 2022.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes! We will have passed hors d’oeuvres, amazing cocktail hour stations, a full open bar, as well as a 2-course meal, wedding cake and Viennese Display. Our main mission is to make you stuffed!

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes, our celebration is well-stocked with a full open bar of beers, liquor, and wine for the evening. Our bartenders will be sure to take care of you for the night, so be sure to tip generously! While we are all for drinks and celebration, please be safe and refrain from drinking and driving. Take advantage of the complimentary shuttle to and from the hotel!

While we love your little ones, We have chosen to make our special day for adults only unless otherwise specified on the Invitation. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
