Carter and I met each other at our friends house one night for the first time. It all started with a heated board game which then turned into an intense, smack talk filled volleyball game. Carter wasn't used to girls beating him in sports, and I think that's what got him hooked. Took some years, but we finally both agreed we'd rather be together than always competing against each other.
