Maid of Honor
Jamie first met Emily when she came screaming into the world on a cold February day in 1992. While growing up together, they enjoyed spending their time beating each other up on Super Smash Bros, causing trouble, and being partners in crime on family vacations. Now that they've grown older and (slightly) more mature, Jamie and Emily have changed the focus of their time together to catching up over drinks or coming to each other's rescue with emergency fast food or pretzel runs. Jamie is honored to count Emily as a sister and friend, and Emily is thrilled to be serving as HBIC (Head Bridesmaid In Charge) in Jamie's bridal party.
Best Man
Cory's oldest brother and confidant. TJ and the groom share a mutual love for wings and NJ Devils Hockey. Cory may or may not have a slight case of beard envy.
Bridesmaid
Kim and Jamie first met in the fall of 2002 as high school freshmen at a club meeting. For the next year, their friendship was little more than Jamie yelling "KIM O'KEEEEEEEFE!" as they passed in the hallway. Sophomore year, however, Jamie and Kim had almost all of their classes together, and thanks to alphabetical seating, were seated next to each other in all of them. Jamie and Kim quickly became the best of friends, sharing sleepovers and inside jokes (usually over whatever hilarious video was posted to Homestar Runner that week). After high school, Jamie and Kim both attended The College of New Jersey, and continued their friendship as housemates. Kim moved to the Midwest in 2012 to pursue her Ph. D, but the two of them have remained close, texting each other terrible puns frequently.
Best Man
Cory's next-oldest brother, close friend of Jamie's cousins Scott and Dave, and host of many ridiculous themed gatherings. Helped facilitate the introduction of the bride and groom. Mike and Cory share a love for basically any movie ever made, and has basically adopted Jamie as his little sister over the years.
Bridesmaid
Jamie and Lindsey first met in September 2005 as high school seniors in AP English, instructed by a teacher who lives on in infamy as The Pants of Doom. They quickly bonded over a mutual hatred for Wuthering Heights and a love for sarcasm and general shenanigans. They shared many late nights at the Stafford Diner or the Chegg, as all good nights must end at a diner, as is custom in New Jersey. Lindsey also taught Jamie that one should follow the firemen, as they will invariably be having the most fun parties. Lindsey moved to Washington, DC in 2010 to attend law school, and remained in the area to pursue her career. Jamie was honored to stand up next to Lindsey in her own wedding in December of 2017, and had the time of her life celebrating her dear friend's marriage.
Groomsman
Cory's cousin and partner in crime growing up. Ryan and Cory both share a love for absurdly hoppy craft beers (the bride will stick with her girly wheat beers, thank you very much!) and disc golf.
Bridesmaid
Jamie and Chrysjoy first met at a Halloween party in the fall of 2006, after hearing about each other and narrowly avoiding actually meeting all through high school (Jamie was an angel and CJ was a schoolgirl, in case you were wondering). The two quickly bonded over a mutual love of bacon and certain museums in New York City. Jamie and CJ love long romantic walks down the aisles at Target (especially when accompanied by her adorable sons Joey and Vince), and sharing way too much information with each other. The two often joke about their codependency issues (going grocery shopping without the other just feels wrong!), and Jamie was overjoyed when CJ and her longtime other half Joe bought a house just around the corner from Jamie and Cory's domicile.
Groomsman
Jamie and Joe first bonded over a mutual love of Jamie's sister Emily, and while Jamie jokes about not liking to share her first partner in crime, she couldn't have designed a better person for her sister than Joe. Whenever Jamie and Cory get together with Joe and Emily, lots of laughter is sure to ensue (followed by repeated unsuccessful attempts by Jamie to kidnap their adorable puppy Parker)!
Bridesmaid
Jamie and Heather first met when they took Analytical Chemistry together in the Fall of 2007. Jamie complimented Heather on her shoes the first day of class, and then mysteriously vanished from the seat in front of Heather upon dropping the class a month later. As fate would have it, Jamie and Heather were reunited the following year when they both pledged the same sorority. The two quickly became inseparable, and could be found getting down at a mixer or bonding over tea and homework dates. As luck would have it, Heather only lived about half an hour away from Jamie, and saw each other often until Heather joined the Coast Guard in 2013. She is currently stationed in Texas, and she and Jamie have stayed close, scheduling semi-regular tea dates over FaceTime as their busy lives allow.
Bridesmaid
Jamie met Lauren over lunch in their sorority's designated Cube on a cold November day in 2010, when they found they both recently received the same moving violation (What does creating a risk of an accident mean, anyway?). They reunited the following summer on the beach in Point Pleasant, spending hours floating in the waves and getting to know each other better. Since then, Jamie and Lauren have cemented their bond as Partners in Wine with many, many text messages and some fabulous wine tasting adventures, and Jamie is always up for a night on the town with Lauren (especially when they have the opportunity to order Chinese food directly from Hong Kong).
