7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Attire: Please come dressed in your best Indian formal attire. If you're not familiar with Indian attire, that's ok! For women, we suggest wearing a ready-to-wear Saree or Lehengas, and Kurtas or Sherwanis for men. Although encouraged, Indian formal attire is not required.
Event Info: The Welcome Party will be held in the grassy area in front of the beach at the hotel. If you are looking at the beach from the lobby, you will find the event on the beachfront grassy area to the left. Appetizers and an open bar will be provided.
12:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Attire: We suggest wearing your favorite brightly colored swimsuit and coverup (Please avoid wearing white)! Be prepared to be in the sun all day–we recommend bringing hats, sunscreen, sunglasses, and towels.
Event Info: At 12:30 please gather on the beach in front of the hotel and we'll walk together to where the boat will pick us up! Drinks will be provided as well as a light meal around 4:00pm. The bride and groom will be snorkeling so feel free to join! The boat returns around 5:00pm, allowing for the best Tamarindo sunset views. There are many beach clubs and food trucks where the boat docks for us all to find dinner on our own afterward.
2:45 pm - 11:45 pm
Attire: Our wedding is beach semi-formal. We suggest light and flowy dresses for women and linen button downs (no suits) for men as it is HOT!! Be sure to wear sunscreen and comfy shoes since the wedding is on grass.
Event Info: Please meet in the hotel lobby at 2:45pm to catch the shuttle to the wedding venue. The shuttle departs the lobby at 3:00pm sharp- please do not be late as the shuttle is the only transportation to the venue. The shuttle is about 30 minutes to Hacienda Pinilla. Starting at 10:30pm shuttles will run every 20 minutes to take guests back to the resort if they choose to leave the party early. Everybody else will be given a ride back to the hotel at midnight. Let's celebrate!
