Yes! You are more than welcome to bring your kiddos we want everyone to be able to share this experience with us.

Do I have to participate in everything?

Nope, everyone is welcome at all planned events but please feel free to do your own thing and explore if you prefer. There are so many wonderful places to explore

Where should I stay?

Check out the travel tab for a full list of options. There are a variety of hotels in Lake Placid close the the reception venue. Or ope to find a place of your own to rent if you really want more of the true ADK experience.

What is the weather like?

Answer

September in the ADK can be warm and sunny during the day 65-70 but it can also be 35-40 during the evenings. I always recommend packing layers. Lake Placid is a mountain town most places are pretty casual.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We can only accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you receive a plus one, it will appear on your invitation. We want to keep our wedding intimate with family and close friends! Thank you for understanding!
