Question
When and How should I RSVP?
Answer
To help us with our planning please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. All RSVPs should be done online via our website on the relevant section (see the dashboard above). The deadline to RSVP is Friday 31st January 2025.

What if I didn't RSVP in time?
Answer
If we do not receive your RSVP by the time provided, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. It is imperative we provide our suppliers with the final guest count within the time they have given. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?
Answer
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?
Answer
While we love your little ones, we are only able to include certain children in our celebration. If your child is invited, their name will appear on your RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!

Will there be parking at the venue?
Answer
Yes, the hotel does provide free parking for all our guests. As soon as you enter the grounds parking can be found on the left hand side. Alternatively, you can take public transport/taxi if desired (see the Travel section of the website).

Is there a dress code for the wedding?
Answer
We'd love our guests to join us in semi formal garden attire: sundresses in pastels or soft neutrals, suits in lighter hues, fascinators and sunglasses. While we'd love you to express your personal style, we would kindly ask that you avoid wearing shades of pink so the wedding party's colours can truly shine. Thank you for understanding the assignment in advance!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly put phones and cameras away during the ceremony. We want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, yes! Please take as many photos and videos as you like. There will be QR codes around to upload to our shared album.

What type of food will you be serving at the wedding?
Answer
We will be serving a hot buffet with a selection of both Caribbean and Tongan delicacies... You definitely won't need your pocket size hot pepper sauce! Please make sure to inform us of any dietary requirements you might have via the RSVP.

Will alcohol be served at the wedding?
Answer
There will be no alcohol being served at our wedding. Our wedding breakfast will include a bar of soft drinks provided.
