Where is the ceremony & reception taking place? Indoors or Outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will take place at the National Tropical Botanical Garden (Poipu, HI) at the South Shore Visitor Center Lawn. It will be a tented, outdoor reception.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a parking lot at our event location. You will see it as you drive in.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. We recommend you arrive 30-45 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No, personal transportation is recommended. There is parking available on site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, Dressy Casual/Garden Attire. Please wear sundresses/dresses, Hawaiian or floral prints, suits in lighter hues (optional), and bring a sun hat! Flowers in your hair or on sun hats are welcomed! The grass may be soft, so please consider your choice of heels/footwear wisely. Please refer to https://www.theknot.com/content/wedding-guest-attire-cheat-sheet for details as needed. Please no shorts, T-shirts & rubber slippers.

Our wedding is RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will send out more information regarding wedding related events closer to our date. Please keep an eye out for our formal invitations & updates on our website. We can't wait to celebrate with you all!
