Where will the wedding be?

Our wedding will be held at Oak Meadows Event Center. The address is 268 Bryant Rd, Ohatchee, AL 36271.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by October 6th so we can get an accurate headcount and give our vendors adequate time to prepare.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We're keeping our celebration intimate, so we're only able to welcome the children and guests listed on your personalized RSVP invitation.

Can I bring a date?

We've carefully curated our guest list to accommodate our venue and celebration style, so we're able to welcome only those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We'd love for our guests to dress to impress! Our dress code is semi-formal. Since November in Alabama can be quite chilly, we encourage you to dress warmly and consider the season when selecting your attire. Please avoid wearing white or jeans. If you'd like to incorporate our wedding colors—flamingo pink, raspberry, merlot, and fern green—we'd be delighted to see them. Thank you!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be a large parking available to all guests the day of the wedding. Enter through the main gate and keep to the left, you can't miss it!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests be seated prior to the listed ceremony start time. Guests may start to arrive as early as 3:00 pm.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the ceremony. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can enjoy a special unplugged moment!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Absolutely! We'd be happy to help accommodate your dietary needs. Please notify us of any severe allergies by October 6th so we can work with our vendors to ensure your safety and comfort.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Our wedding will be a dry event with no alcohol served. We will have a variety of non-alcoholic beverages available.
