Sturbridge hotels are mostly booked the weekend of 8/1/25-8/3/25 due to the largest military re-enactment in New England (held in Sturbridge). There are plenty of hotels still available in Worcester & Auburn MA... 

There is also at the Pine Lake RV Resort & Cottages which is 5 minutes away from the venue.
