A 6 year age gap didn't always make it easy for them to be friends but as they've grown up, they've learned that they're more alike than they imagined. Dustin and Ryan met in 2018 at Calabash Fire Department. While they weren't immediate best friends, it didn't take long for them to become brothers. They worked on the same shift for 5 years before Dustin got promoted and he wouldn't be where he is today without Ryan. C shift will never be the same!

Cyera met Dustin when she and Andrew started dating and after a small adjustment period, they became very close. When Kayla and Dustin started dating, she quickly welcomed Kayla with open arms.

Drew and Dustin met in 1997 when Drew was born and they've been getting into trouble together ever since. Dustin can attribute most of his injuries and his 90 year old body to times with Andrew but they always have a good time together.

Little Bear is the little brother that Dustin never wanted but wouldn't want to get rid of. They both work at CFD where he's known as Dustin's "mini me" because he wants to be just like Dustin when he grows up.

Kayla and Alexis met in 6th grade at BWMS and became best friends pretty quickly. Kayla spent a lot of time at Alexis' house growing up and they continue to be close in adulthood.
