What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is Summer Black Tie Optional. This is your invitation to dress up! Tuxedos and floor length dresses are welcome but not required. We love color, but ask that guests avoid light lavender if possible.

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

While we are hoping for warm early-summer temperatures and sunshine, we understand that Vermont weather in June can be unpredictable! We are intending to have an outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour (weather permitting) so plan to dress in layers and check the forecast ahead of time.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Great Room Lodge at Spruce Peak. The space is conveniently located a 2 minute walk across The Green from The Lodge where our wedding room block is provided. The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held on the patio, and reception will be held inside the lodge. Please follow signage outside of The Lodge to find your way.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of the children in our lives, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can celebrate with us.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

We recommend staying at The Lodge at Spruce Peak for convenience and proximity to all of our events for the weekend. Please see our "Travel & Lodging" tab for more information.
