When is the Wedding?

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive by 5:30pm so you can be seated before the ceremony begins at 6pm.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space at our venue, we are only able to accommodate those formally listed on the invitation. If you have been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your personal RSVP page under the "RSVP" tab.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, due to limited space at our venue, if your invitation does not include your children’s names, we kindly ask that you treat this as a special date night. We truly appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP at your earliest convenience as we continue planning for our special day. The final deadline to respond is May 19th, as we are required to provide a confirmed guest count to our venue. If you are still finalizing plans, we kindly ask that you reach out to us prior to the RSVP deadline. Kindly note that if we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we will assume you are unable to attend. Please visit our RSVP page to respond. Simply enter your name, and your personalized RSVP page will appear for you and those listed on your invitation.

Both the ceremony and reception will take place at the Sterling Hotel located in Sacramento, California.

Where should we park?

Answer

There are several parking garages near the venue. The closest option is the Memorial Garage, located just 0.1 mile from the Sterling hotel, with a parking fee of roughly $6. We recommend this garage for convenience.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Whether you are traveling from out of town or would prefer to skip the drive home after the wedding, we have secured a 15% discount at the Sheraton in Sacramento. Please visit the “Book Your Travel” page for more details.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony and reception will be indoors, but during cocktail hour you’ll be able to mingle and enjoy drinks both inside and outside.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love for our guests to be our color palette. Please wear your favorite color and/or pattern in semi-formal attire. For the ladies, we encourage floor-length dresses. For the men, suits or dress pants with a blazer are encouraged. Ties are not required. We kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans or shorts, as well as black or shades of white. *White shirts for men are welcome. Please refer to the “Dress Code” tab for additional inspiration. We can’t wait to see our vision come to life through all of you.
