What will the weather be like?
Answer
Most likely very warm dry heat, possible smoke from Forest fires. It could rain, be windy. Dress for summer but bring layers.

Parking?
Answer
Parking is along a fence clearly marked close to the venue barn.

Bathrooms?
Answer
There are two clean bathrooms in the venue barn.

Wedding colors ?
Answer
Our table clothes are a sage green with summer dried wild flowers with wood and gold accents.

A place for my toddler to nap ?
Answer
The brides room will be marked at the venue and will be available for napping toddlers and nursing mothers.

Is the venue safe for kiddo’s?
Answer
Yes a large farm venue is generally safe for the kids but there is a river along the venue at the end of the field and a horse barn so we can all work together to keep an eye on the kids.

Will there be alcohol?
Answer
Yes James and I will be providing alcohol at the venue with a one day liquor license. Please drink responsibly!! We want everyone to have fun and enjoy the night but you must have a designated driver if you’re planning on parting hard! Our roads here are dangerous enough on a good day. If you’re going to drink please have a designated driver or plan an UBER!

Answer
We will be providing a light dinner by Montana charcuterie tables. We will have cake and cookies for dessert.

Food sensitivity?
Answer
Our caterer will provide a gluten-free section on the charcuterie table for those who cannot eat gluten. For dessert, there will be a gluten-free cake for the bride and groom, and those who cannot eat gluten. Otherwise, we will have gluten filled crackers for the table. Costco sheet cakes, Costco cookies.

When should I find a place to stay for the wedding?
Answer
Book as soon as you can! Montana is a tourism hot spot in the summer so hotels and lodgings will book fast! It’s February and things are booking up for August already!! If you have any questions please call Jame’s and I !
