there is parking at the venue and there will be people to help direct the parking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

there is shuttle services provided to thoes who book time distance of 7 mins away from the venue. more info on how to contact shuttle service closer to wedding date.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, we have alternatives for those who have food allergies or speacial diet requests. let bride or groom know asap. So we can let our wedding planner know.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, if you check the travel page you will find lodges, inns, and cabins that are close to the venue. We also made a note for those who are boooking airbnbs, we added the address of the venue to help navigate airbnbs close to the venue. If you plan on booking an airbnb its your respossibilty to find one in a convienet location near the venue. address of venue 400 Glencairn Road Rogers, KY.

Yes kids are most certainly welcome. Just let us know a head of time.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

the dress cobe is country meets midwest. We love the west like vibe but know we love our midwest roots. Just try to dress nice but make sure you are comfortable. Jeans and a nice shirt and sundress are great. cowboy boots would be a bonus :)
