Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony at Bethany EPC starts promptly at 3pm. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early (2:30pm) to find your seat and enjoy the prelude music.

Question

Is there parking available?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot at both Bethany EPC and Flourtown Country Club.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see you in Semi-Formal or Cocktail attire. (Think: suits, blazers, and cocktail dresses. We want you to be comfortable enough to dance!)

Question

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and reception are both indoors. There is a lovely patio at Flourtown Country Club if you'd like some fresh air during cocktail hour.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to space limitations at our venue, we can only accommodate those specifically listed on your invitation. To check whether or not you have a plus one, simply enter your name into the RSVP and any other member of your party that has been invited will appear. We appreciate your understanding!

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We’ve hired a wonderful photographer to capture our ceremony and we’d love to see your faces, not your phones! That being said, feel free to take pictures during the ceremony so long as you stay in your seat and are not disrupting the service.

Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. There will not be a nursery at either the ceremony or reception. We hope you can enjoy the night off!

Question

I have a dietary restriction, what should I do?

Answer

Please let us know of any allergies or restrictions when you RSVP. The chefs at Flourtown are excellent at accommodating specific needs!

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! You can find our wedding registry in the menu on our website.

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

If you could RSVP as soon as possible that would be wonderful! If you have to delay, we ask that you kindly RSVP by April 30th at the latest so that our venue knows to accommodate you.

Question

Do I need to bring my copy of Bavinck's Reformed Dogmatics?

Answer

No, you do not. But we are glad that you own such a fabulous theological work.
