Plan to fly in the morning of Friday, May 22nd and arrive by 2PM (to get to Snowpine in time for the 6pm Welcome Party) and fly out Sunday, May 24th (unless you plan to arrive early or stick around and explore the beautiful Utah mountains for an extra day!).

Rental Car

Drive

Rent a car, book a private shuttle, or Uber to get to and from SLC airport to Snowpine Lodge, about a 40 minute drive. Renting a car or booking a shuttle are likely good options as Uber's may be uncertain from the top of the mountain! Rent a car: Last I checked a car reservation is around $200 or less for the weekend. Plus, this would allow you to explore nearby trails if you'd like! Shuttles: Book your shuttle in advance. For shuttle options, Alta Shuttle offers shuttles to and from the airport at $104 pp round trip (less for 3+ people). Book at (801)274-0225, altashuttle.com. Alpine transportation could be a good option for large groups. Prices go down per person the more you add at $180 each way for 1-2 people and up to 11 people at $360 each way. Book at (801)410-4001, alpine-transportation.com or directly through Snowpine Lodge (801)742-2000. Ubers: Ubers are fairly reasonable from the airport to Snowpine (around $50 for a regular, $66 for an XL when I checked) and you could either schedule a shuttle or Uber for the drive back (drivers will likely be difficult to get at the top of the mountain!).

Hotel

Snowpine Lodge

Stay at Snowpine Lodge from Friday 5/22 to Sunday 5/24 (or longer if you like! Inquire with Snowpine whether you can extend your stay). Because Snowpine Lodge is the only hotel in the area open during the offseason and it is a tight squeeze with our guest count, we are assigning rooms so that we don't run out of space for our guests. To book: please call Snowpine Lodge at (801) 742-2000 and choose reservations from the automated menu. Reservations will have your assigned room and will take your payment over the phone. An email with booking instructions went out at the beginning of March with additional details. Thank you for bearing with us on the room booking process.
