Question

How and when to RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP through the 'RSVP' tab using your full name, this form will be on behalf of you, your partner and any children. We politely request all guests RSVP by Wednesday 31st December.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The best way to get to the venue (St Audries Park, West Quantoxhead, Taunton, TA4 4DS) is either by car or by train. There is complimentary car parking for individuals who wish to drive. The nearest station is Taunton train station, we will arrange a coach for people to be picked up and dropped off at the venue, exact times will be confirmed at a closer date.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We request guests arrive at the venue by 12.45pm for the wedding ceremony. You are welcome to arrive earlier from 11am, when the cocktail bar will be open serving non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as freshly prepared sandwiches.

Will the wedding ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors, through an onsite orangery.

What is the dress code?

There is no specific dress code, however we request you wear wedding appropriate attire.

Can I bring my partner?

Answer

You are welcome to bring a partner to the wedding, please indicate if you are bringing a partner as part of the RSVP.

Is the venue accessible / wheelchair friendly?

Answer

There is disabled access available via the main entrance and a ramp is available for wheelchair access. There is also disabled toilets available on the ground floor and suitable onsite accommodation. Please do confirm this with us if you will require this so we can make the venue aware.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, children and babies will be allowed to attend the wedding. There is a Children’s Room which is situated next to the Banquet Hall which has a range of games and books for any little ones, along with a table and chairs and a sofa should they need to put their feet up in a quieter setting.

Do you allow pets?

Answer

No, pets will not be allowed as part of the wedding.

What are the food options?

Answer

These are still being worked through, for the wedding breakfast a choice of starter, main and desert will be shared nearer the time (including one vegetarian option). There will also be canapes as part of the drinks reception drinks and evening food provided. Please use the RSVP or reach out directly to indicate any food allergies or requirements.

Am I allowed to bring in my own drinks?

Answer

St Audries Park do not offer corkage and you cannot bring your own drinks, drinks will be provided throughout the event and additional beverages can be purchased from any of the onsite bars.

What accommodation options are there?

What time is Check-out and check in (for on-site accommodation)?

Answer

Check-in will be available on the day of the wedding from 12 noon. They ask that rooms are vacated by 10am the following morning, with everyone leaving the estate by 11am.

Is breakfast included?

Answer

Yes, a full English breakfast is included with all on-site accommodation bookings. Guest staying offsite are welcome to join the breakfast for £16.50 per adult or £7.50 for children.

What time is breakfast served the following morning?

Answer

Breakfast is served in the Banquet Hall on the morning after the wedding day and is included in any on-site accommodation, from 8.30am till 9.15am.
