Question

I'm trying to RSVP, but my name can't be found... Help!

Answer

So we found out that the RSVP system is very finicky. Make sure you type your name with capitals( "J"ames "B"rown)... That seems to be the biggest hiccup. Of course if you still have any issues just let us know!

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered! Thank you in advance, we are registered at Target, Macy’s, and a selection of Zola “Group Gifts”. Links to them all can be found on the Registry page!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

To make sure we have everyone seated and ready to go, we ask that you please arrive to the Luxmore Grande Estate no later than 4:15pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We have taken into account guests who are married or in relationships into our guest count. We ask that unless prompted during your RSVP, please do not bring additional guests due to seating arrangements and meal availability. No one like an oversold flight, or a oversold wedding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have secured a hotel block at the Marriott Orlando Downtown, and details can be found on the Travel page. There are also plenty of hotels near the airport and surrounding downtown. We’re partial to Marriott Bonvoy properties... but if you must stay at a Hilton, we won’t think anything less.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP on this website, please make a note there! That way we can pass it along to our caterer! Examples would be vegetarian/vegan, kosher, etc.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is available at the Luxmore Grande Estate.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Unfortunately no. We recommend utilizing Lyft or Uber.

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We’ve carefully combed our Guest List to make sure everyone is invited to the appropriate events. When you RSVP, you’ll see what events those are! No hard feelings, but not everyone can come to the rehearsal dinner, ya know?
