Is there an additional fee if I don't book through the group?

Answer

Yes. Any guest who books outside of our travel agent group after August 12, 2025 will be responsible for a $75 resort fee charged by Hard Rock Resort. This fee can be paid once you arrive in Cancun or anytime before the wedding date, October 12, 2025, directly to the bride and groom.

What should I know about my passport travel documents?

Answer

Please make sure the name on your passport, including spelling, maiden name, and last name, matches your driver's license exactly. This is very important to avoid any travel issues at the airport or resort check-in.

Are baggage fees included in my flight?

Answer

No. Baggage fees vary by airline, and each airline has its own rules for checked bags, carry-ons, and weight limits. Please check with your airline directly as overweight or extra bags may result in additional costs.

How will we communicate in Cancun without being charged extra cell phone fees?

Answer

We recommend downloading the What'sApp app (free of charge) to your cell phone. It will be our main way to share updates and stay connected with the wedding group while in Mexico.

Will there be a guestbook?

Answer

Yes! We are planning to have an auto guestbook phone available at the church service and possibly during the cocktail hour in Cancun. Please take a moment to leave a message for the bride and groom - we can't wait to hear from you!
