We are asking that all guests be vaccinated to attend the wedding. We understand that may not be possible for some, but we have to make the health and safety of all guests as the top priority. If you are unvaccinated, we ask that you please RSVP "no." We will be closely monitoring COVID cases and regulations as the wedding gets closer and will be following any regulations in place, including masking if it is required by the state or local governments at the time of the wedding.
The Steppingstone Farm Museum is a FARM. We want you to wear what you are comfortable in. If weather permits, we hope to have dancing under the pavilion on-site. While there is covering, it might be a bit cooler as the sun goes down, so be sure to bring a jacket just in case. We will also have blankets and (hopefully) a fire to keep you all warm.
Of course. One of our RSVP questions asks for any dietary restrictions and/or allergies. Please let us know any when you RSVP so we can give a heads-up to the caterer!
Yes! There is plenty of parking at the venue. That being said, if you intend to drink, please consider taking the shuttle we will be providing - check out our Travel & Accommodations page for all the info you need on the shuttle! Since the Steppingstone Farm Museum is on Sesquehana State Park property, no vehicles can be left on-site overnight, unless license plates are provided in advance. If you anticipate needing to leave your car overnight, please let Sarah and/or James know ahead of time so they can provide the necessary information to the venue. NOTE: You may be ticketed if you leave your car in the parking lot past 11pm if the license plate info is not provided ahead of time. Avoid this by planning ahead and taking the shuttle!
