Invitations are expected to be sent out beginning of February. To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the event as soon as possible. However the deadline is Friday, April 25th 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as 'no'. We need to provide the venue with a total guest count in a timely manner, we hope you understand <3
31815 Camino Capistrano #7 San Juan Capistrano, CA 92675
Guests should arrive at the venue by 3:30pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm.
Yes, as the sun will be shining (hopefully) both the ceremony & reception will be held outside. Cocktail hour will be held indoors. Please dress accordingly and keep hydrated throughout the day. :)
Semi-Formal Attire or Dressy Casual Attire Examples: - For women, it's safe to go with a dress/slacks past knee length. - For men, a tie and blazer is not necessary. But you are welcome to wear them if you'd like! A nice long sleeve button up, slacks, and a belt should do the trick.
Guests are welcome to wear any color or style of choice. The color theme of the wedding will include shades of earthy greens and orange.
The most convenient place to park is the parking structure right behind the venue. Fee to park in the structure is $2/hour. Free parking can be found around the local downtown area. Suggested areas: - Street between Camino Capistrano and Yorba St - Los Rios Park
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate the number of guests who are formally invited. If you received a plus one, they'll be specifically addressed on the invitation. Otherwise, we ask that only the named people in the invitation are in attendance.
Please reach out to either Sabrina or James directly for these requests.
As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is exclusively for adults, with the exception of immediate family.
We ask that you kindly put your phones and cameras away during the ceremony as we want you all to be present with us in the moment. We have a professional photographer and videographer capturing the ceremony for us. Other than the ceremony, you are welcome to take as many photos and/or videos as you like!
