Travel Note

Cab and Parking information

Since our venue is outside of Cochrane there are no Ubers or Taxis available. There is limited parking available (30 parking spots). Please plan to carpool and have someone to drive you home safely if you plan to drink! There are not enough parking spots for you to drive individually. There is a shuttle available that we ask you to use if able, please see details below.

This is the best located and priced hotel near our venue -- the summer tends to be busy so if you'd like to stay there please book as early as you can!

Shuttle from Tuscany Station to the Ceremony

July 26, 2025 2:30 pm - 2:45 pm

A shuttle to bring anyone who wants a ride to the ceremony from Tuscany station in Calgary and from the Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham. If you're not staying at the hotel, you can still park there to take the shuttle. This shuttle will start a Tuscany LRT Station in Calgary, stop at the hotel, and arrive at the ceremony by 4:00pm. The bus will arrive at Tuscany by 2:30 and leave by 2:45.

Shuttle from the Hotel to the Ceremony

July 26, 2025 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm

This shuttle is coming from Tuscany station and will be grabbing the rest of the guests from the hotel. It will arrive at the hotel by 3:15 and leave at 3:30, arriving at the ceremony for around 4:00pm.

First Shuttle Back

July 26, 2025 10:00 pm - 11:15 pm

The first shuttle of the night will be leaving the venue at 10pm. This shuttle will return to the hotel and then to Tuscany station. It will arrive at the hotel at around 10:30pm, and at Tuscany Station at roughly 11:00pm.
