Covid-19 Policy

We are so excited to be gathering with friends and family! With our older, wiser, and health compromised guests in mind, please take a Covid test before arriving if you have symptoms or known exposure. If you have not received a booster dose of the vaccine please be prepared to mask while as social distancing may be challenging. Thank you!!

The Poplars at Bearwallow Mountain 5505 Bearwallow Mountain Rd. Gerton, NC 28735 The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held completely outdoors weather permitting. The reception portion of the evening will be held in a pavilion on the property.

Are We There Yet?

Answer

Just keep going! The road to the venue starts as a paved road and quickly begins its uphill climb as an unpaved road. The Poplars will be on your right close to the top of the mountain. Keep an eye out for signs.

Attire

Keep the outdoors in mind. Ladies, you will be walking on grass and gravel so keep your feet happy and safe. Wear what is comfortable and weather appropriate but please no jeans or t-shirts.

Parking

Answer

There is parking on site in a gravel lot just below ceremony sight. There will be a parking attendant and you will find your way to the ceremony on a gravel path by the house.
