What are "Kicks"?

Answer

Sneakers! Lace up your favorite kicks and join James & Rachel on the dance floor all night long. We can't wait to see you show off those fun sneakers!

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will be outdoors, with the indoor reception venue open if you’d like to escape the sun. June weather can get toasty, so hats and sunglasses are encouraged — think “chic summer party,” not “formal oven.”

When should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 PM. Since Highway 17 can be unpredictable, we recommend leaving extra time for traffic. Arrive early to enjoy a glass of champagne and some lawn games — the venue opens at 3:00 PM.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available, just a very short walk from both the ceremony and reception locations.

Will there be transportation provided?

Answer

We’re working on it! We’d love to make getting to the party as easy as possible, so we’re exploring transportation options. No promises yet — but check back here for updates. Worst case, we’ll point you toward the best carpool buddies.

What time does the party end?

Answer

We will be dancing and enjoying each other's company until 10:00pm, but no worries, please join us back at the venue for brunch the next morning. See the "Schedule" for more information.

Will there be vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free options?

Answer

Yes! Both our cocktail hour snacks and dinner are naturally gluten free, with plenty of options for our vegan and vegetarian friends. Dessert will have gluten free and vegan options, which will be separated from the main selection.
