A couple that can share common interest and goals can possess the strongest love one shall ever find. James, an Executive Chef and Norma, an Event Planner, met in 2016 while working together with a client on her 60th Birthday Party. Although both were having issues with the client, they seemed to overcome what one could consider "The worst client ever;" and did what they we were paid to do. Norma and James chatted on the phone a few weeks to start preparing for the event. They would not actually meet until the tasting. On the day of the tasting, James was very kind and sweet and flirted with Norma. James asked if they could go out for drinks or dinner, but Norma abruptly shut him down and with the no nonsense response of, "You are too old for me !!" At that moment James's mission was to win the heart of his future love. After the event was over, a few days later, James called Norma and they began to chat. From that day on, everyday chats turned into all day chats, and day chats into memorable experiences. Now their true love has submerged into a life-long lasting partnership !!

If anyone knows Norma, they know that Las Vegas is one of her FAVORITE places to visit; next to New Orleans and South Beach. Upon going to Vegas for a conference for work, James had been asking Norma a multitude of questions about her flight as well as the hotel. Once Norma arrived at the airport terminal in Vegas, she noticed a familiar face at the terminal waiting for her arrival ........ James was there. He indicated he was going to Vegas but to hang out with friends and to play a round of golf. In Vegas, they were greeted by a car service. Which was so lovely :) That Saturday night, James invited Norma to dinner. Thank God she had a cute dress in her suitcase. After heading down to the strip and getting on the Gondola ride located at the Venetian, they set sail. James began to tell her how much he loved her and how he couldn't see his life without her. He then pulls out the most beautiful ring a woman could had ever seen !!!! Of course she couldn't help herself so she said, "YES." They then proceeded back into hotel where they had a 4 course dinner awaiting at a beautiful restaurant named Yardbird... (fyi.. if you are ever in Vegas at the Venetian, please go here... the food is amazing!!) The GM, owner, manager, waiters, all treated them soo wonderful that night and made it even more special than it ever could have been.
