Answer

Is the ceremony and the reception taking place at the same venue?

Answer

Yes, both the ceremony and reception will take place at The London West Hollywood in the Hampton Court and West End Rooftops

Question

What are the parking options in the area?

Answer

The London Hotel offers valet parking and the grooms will be covering valet costs for the start and end time of the event. Guests may elect to park their car overnight at an additional charge. Please do not park on the streets as there is a permit policy for residents in West Hollywood. There are also parking lots around the hotel on sunset boulevard and Larrabee streets if guests would like other options. Please drive responsibly.

Will shuttle services be provided for the event?

Answer

No, shuttle services will not be provided for the event. Uber, Waymo and Lyft are great options and are available if guests would like to consider.

Should guests plan extra time for travel to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

While traffic patterns are unpredictable, if you’re not familiar with LA traffic, it is encouraged to plan extra time to arrive at the venue on time or a bit early. It’d be encouraged to arrive 15-20 mins prior to ceremony start time to allow for parking, valet and to take the elevator to the roof top.

Are there any road closures planned at the time of the event?

Answer

None, planned at this time but please check back as the event date nears for any updates.

Will there be a preferred hotel for guests to stay at?

Answer

The grooms would love to have guests stay at The London West Hollywood, however it is understood that there may be different preferences. The grooms have provided a list of nearby hotels within walking distance to the venue if guests would like suggestions. AirBnB and VRBO are other popular options if guests prefer short term rentals.

How should RSVPs be made and by what date?

Answer

We are asking guests provide RSVP responses no later than April 1, 2025 to allow the grooms to coordinate final guest counts and complete catering planning with our venue and vendors. Guests will receive an RSVP invite in the mail during the month of January 2025 which will include options to respond by mail or to respond via the wedding website. Early responses are greatly appreciated.

Will there be a ceremony rehearsal and if so who should attend?

Answer

The grooms will be hosting a rehearsal for the ceremony to plan to walk through ceremony and reception activities on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The grooms request participation from the wedding party, officiant and immediate family only. The grooms will provide the exact details to the required group leading up to the ceremony rehearsal.

Is there a dress code for the event the grooms are requesting?

Answer

Yes, the grooms are requesting guests dress in cocktail or black tie optional attire for the ceremony and reception. Black tie optional for men is considered formal menswear, with an option to wear or not to wear a traditional tuxedo. Alternative to tuxedo is a dark suit in black, navy or charcoal with a white dress shirt and a bow or necktie Black tie optional for woman include evening gowns, cocktail dresses or dressy separates.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please let the grooms know of any dietary restrictions with your RSVP response or directly message. We’ll make sure your restrictions are included when preparing for the meals.

Is there a cash bar or are there cocktails and refreshments provided?

Answer

There will be a full open bar for the cocktail hour and reception. This will include a selection of beer, wine, champagne and liquors in addition to soft drinks, water and coffee. It’s encouraged but not required to tip the bar staff.

Are the grooms opening any gift registries?

Answer

Yes, if you would like to provide a gift for the grooms you can find links to the grooms registries in the menu bar of this website. We very much appreciate your thoughts and well wishes as we celebrate our union.

What activities are there to do in Los Angeles for those visiting from out of town?

Answer

Los Angeles and West Hollywood offer many diverse options for visitors of different interests and likes. The grooms have provided a selection of their favorite places and activities from hiking, to museums, to beaches and amusement parks. Take a look at the Things to Do tab on the website menu bar. Orange County, Santa Barbara Temecula, Palm Springs and San Diego are great close locations that are drive-able within 1-3 hours if you’re looking to spend some extra time in California before or after the wedding to extend your stay or trip. Ask the grooms for their favorite recommendations for wine tastings or beach spots to check out.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Of course, but please stay clear of the aisles and holding cameras or phones outside of the seating areas as there will be professional photography and videography being recorded during the ceremony and reception.
