When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Kindly RSVP no later than September 1, 2021.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:30 pm and no earlier than 4:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire is preferred i.e. cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, and dark jackets and slacks. For anyone wearing heels, you will be walking on the grass for part of the ceremony and may want to wear a thick heel or stiletto protectors.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

A gravel parking lot is available on the premises of the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have booked a block of rooms for our family and friends at the Springhill Suites by Marriot in Mt. Laurel, NJ, and listed a haunted Inn nearby if that's something you would be interested in! You can find all of this information on the "Travel & Stays" tab on our website.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying with us at the Springhill Suites by Marriot there will be a free shuttle available to you before and after the wedding. Otherwise, you're more than welcome to drive yourself.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! There are two ways you can inform us of food allergies. When you RSVP you can either notify us online or give us a call by September 1st, 2021, so we can inform the caterer.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless your invitation specifically listed your guest's name or a plus one we ask you to not bring a date. You're more than welcome to request to bring a date, however, we can not guarantee a place for them since there is a limited amount of space available due to COVID.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are more than welcome as long as they are listed on your invitation. Unless of course, you want a fun-filled night out, feel free to get a sitter so you can party with us all night long! We have included some certified websites for child care below! Can we take photos?

We ask that you please refrain from taking any photos during the ceremony as we will share our beautiful photos with all of you. BUT, you're more than welcome to take photos the rest of the night! Please be patient in posting so that our wonderful bride can post first. However, if you do share on social media be sure to use our hashtag #shewonhishart

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Yes, we are having After-Party Drinks and a Day After the Celebration Brunch. This information is available in the "Schedule" tab on this website and will be available in your hotel room if you're staying at the Springhill Suites by Marriot.

The Wedding is an open bar and the Hotel After-Party will be a cash bar.
