James Hart & Miranda Klepacz are having a wedding and reception at Oaks Manor, located at 99 S. Main St, Churchville, NY 14428 on Saturday, May 1st, 2027. The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Because they love each other (and the tax benefits are pretty cool, too).

What Time Should I Arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4pm. Please plan to arrive no later than 3:45pm. We ask that you do not arrive earlier than 2:45pm.

Parking and Arrival

Answer

The venue has 35 parking spots available on site. We ask that these spots are reserved for the bridal party, immediately family and those with mobility concerns. We have permission for overflow parking to use the back lot of Wilkins RV (111 S. Main St). *Please help us be respectful of their willingness to let us use this lot. If you see any trash or other evidence of guests, please help us pick it up.

Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place down by the large sycamore tree. Pending bad weather, the ceremony will be relocated inside the Mansion.

What Should I Wear?

Answer

Smart/Business Casual or Semi Formal. Ladies: we respectfully ask that you avoid wearing a solid green dress. As always, please do not wear white. Gentlemen: No jeans.

Will There Be a Bridal Shower?

Answer

We are hosting a co-ed "Wedding Shower" on Saturday, March 27, 2026 at Olmsted Lodge in Highland Park.

What Food Will Be Available?

Answer

We are having a buffet style dinner. The main courses are chicken cutlets and BBQ pulled pork. The sides are salt potatoes, mixed vegetables, and macaroni salad. Salad and rolls will be available. *Gluten free accommodations will be made. Please contact the bride or the groom with any additional food accommodation requests.

Can We Go Into the Mansion?

Answer

Yes! We encourage our guests to take a walk around the Mansion. Please be respectful of the fact that our wedding party is staying on site and will have their personal belongings in the rooms.
