Yes! The Ceremony and Reception are at the same location and there is parking.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Cocktail hour are outside - weather permitting! The Reception is indoors.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, plus ones are invitation only and we ask our guests to please not bring a plus one unless specified on the invitation. Thank you so much for understanding!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our special day adults only.

Is there transportation from the hotel to the venue?

Answer

Yes! The TWO buses will arrive to Doubletree at 4PM and depart by 4:15PM. BOTH will then stop at Comfort Inn at 4:20PM and leave by 4:30PM. Bus will board at 11PM post wedding and depart by 11:15PM making drop offs at both hotels. If you are taking transportation to or from the hotels please make note of these times!
