Calgary International Airport

We recommend flying into Calgary Airport (YYC) and renting a car to drive to Canmore, which is is an hour and 20 minutes drive. Car rentals are available at the airport and make it easy to get around if you plan to hike or visit any of the nearby attractions in Canmore and Banff. However, there is another option including an airport shuttle to Canmore.

We have a shuttle service that will pick up our wedding guests at Blackstone Lodge, Falcon Crest, and Basecamp Resort. Please follow the schedule below: 4:00 pm - Shuttle arrive at Blackstone Lodge 4:15 pm - Shuttle depart from Blackstone Lodge 4:20 pm - Shuttle arrive at Falcon Crest 4:35 pm - Shuttle depart from Falcon Crest 4:40 pm - Shuttle arrive at Basecamp Resort 4:50 pm - Shuttle depart from Basecamp Resort 5:00 pm - Guests arrive at Canmore Golf and Curling Club

Drop Off Service

September 4, 2022 12:00 am - 1:00 am

This shuttle will drop guests off at their hotels/condos after the reception. If you drive to the venue, please feel free to park your cars overnight at the venue for everyone's safety. 12:00 am to 1:00 am - Shuttle will pick up guests from Canmore Golf Curling Club and drop everyone off at their hotels/condos accordingly.

ArriveCAN

All travellers, with limited exceptions, whether entering Canada by air, land, rail or marine vessel, must use ArriveCAN unless you're exempt from this requirement due to an accessibility need. You must use ArriveCAN to provide mandatory travel and public health information before and after your entry into Canada. This is where you submit your vaccination card. You'll need to submit your information within 72 hours before your arrival in Canada.

Travel Note

Banff National Park Pass

Our wedding will be held in the town of Canmore. It sits on the eastern edge of Banff National Park. For each day you enter into Banff National Park, you will need to purchase a park pass. If there is a day that you spend all your time in Canmore and do not come into Banff National Park, you will not need a pass for that day because Canmore is located outside the boundaries of Banff National Park.
