Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes, discounted rooms will be available at the Basalt Mountain Inn. Reservations can be made by calling (970) 794-0005 and mention you are booking for the Cooper Wedding. The Basalt Mountain Inn is located directly next door to the welcome dinner location and is less than 10 minutes away from the reception venue. Additional hotels in or near Basalt include The Hoffman, The Element, and The Days Inn.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Western Cocktail Attire. Western cocktail attire means polished, semi-formal looks with a Western twist. Dress as you would for cocktail attire, then add refined Western details like cowboy boots, hats, or subtle Western accents.

Is there parking for the reception and how do I get to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, parking will be complimentary and available on a first come , first serve basis at Woody Creek Distillers (reception venue). There will be shuttles available at 2:45pm from the reception venue to the ceremony, and these shuttles will also be standing by following the ceremony to return to the reception venue.
