Where is the wedding?

Answer

The wedding is taking place at FivePine Lodge located in Sisters, Oregon. The address is 1021 E Desperado Trail, Sisters, Oregon 97759.

What time is the wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will start around 4:30 p.m. on September 27, 2025. Prior to the wedding starting we will have fun camp games like corn hole, bocce ball, and ladder toss for any guests arriving early.

What time will the wedding end?

Answer

The festivities will wrap up around 10:00 or 11:00 p.m., but guests are welcome to head back to their hotels whenever they're tuckered out and ready to rest.

What are the wedding colors?

The wedding colors are dark emerald green and dark earth brown.

What should I wear?

Answer

Formal attire is appreciated but please also make sure to be warm and comfortable! Sisters will be chilly at that time of the year, and if weather permits, the ceremony will take place outside.

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a registry that is linked through our website. Rather than ask for individual items, we are only asking friends and family to contribute whatever they can to our honeymoon fund. The linked registry offers a way for you to contribute money using a credit card.

Can I just send you or give you money instead?

Answer

Yes! Please feel free to contribute money through Venmo, checks, or cash at or before the wedding, anything is appreciated.

Where should I stay?

Answer

While there are cabins and a few suites located at FivePine Lodge, they are admittedly a bit pricy! Guests are more than welcome to instead stay at one of the many different hotels located in Sisters. There are also more options available in Redmond which is just 24 minutes from our venue and Bend which is located 30 minutes away from the venue. See the Travel section for some more suggestions on where to stay.

What is the best way to travel to the venue?

Answer

Depending on where you are you can either drive or fly in! The closest airport is the Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM), and is just 30 minutes away from the venue. RDM has direct flights to/from Seattle, San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles, Denver, and other major western cities.

Will food and alcohol be provided?

Answer

Yes! We will have small plates and full entrees for our guests, as well as cupcakes for dessert. A full bar and bartender will also be available during the reception and party. Beer and wine will be paid for by us, but guests will need to cover the cost of cocktails.

What if I can't make it to the wedding?

Answer

No worries! We completely understand that all our guests will have to travel a fair distance to the wedding. If you cannot make it, we only ask that you let us know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly, and hopefully find another time or way to celebrate with you.

At the venue there is a luxurious spa, a movie theater, and a brewery.
