12:30 PM - Guest Arrival and Seating
Guests begin arriving at the venue.
1-1:30 PM - Welcome and Ceremony
Officiant welcomes guests and provides an overview of the ceremony.
1:30-1:45 PM - Cocktail Hour
15-minute buffer to take a few quick photos and let the catering staff prepare for the meal..
1:45-2 PM - Grand Entrance
The couple makes their grand entrance, immediately followed by brief welcoming.
2-3:15 PM - Lunch Service
Guests enjoy a plated lunch served by the bride and groom.
3:15-3:20 PM - Formal Dances
The newlyweds have their first dance.
3:20-4:40 PM -Social Time and Cake Cutting
This is time for the couple to walk around and socialize with you! At the half point, the couple with cut the cake and share a precious piece of our love with you.
4:40-4:45pm- Last Dance
The couple will finish out with one last song before we hit the road.
4:45-5 PM- Grand Exit
Guest gather for a celebratory send off!
