FAQs

Question

When should I RSVP by and how can I do this?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 16th. You can do this by mailing us your RSVP included in your invitation or online through this website. If you RSVP online, please let us know the food items you and your party have selected.

Question

Can I bring my kids or a date?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be a (mostly) adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us. Unless otherwise mentioned in your invitation, our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Please speak with us if you have any questions.

Question

What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

Northern Nevada has a unique mind of its own so it’s hard to say for sure, but usually days are warm and nights are chilly. If this holds true, our ceremony will be held outside and the party will continue on indoors for the reception.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal attire. Ladies should wear a formal dress pants/blouse or dress, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Our venue offers complimentary valet parking.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

You can get a 15% discount by using our promotional code “LS1016” at our venue Edgewood Tahoe. There are also other hotels that are nearby and are listed in our Travel tab.

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten free/special diet options?

Answer

Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have, this can also be written in your paper RSVP.

Question

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have a honeymoon fund connected to our Zola website, but we are also registered with Amazon. You can find more information in our Registry tab.

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #happiLEEeverafter so we can keep track of all of your pictures!

Question

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
