Chill bar where we spent way too much time during McGill
Great coffee near McGill
This place is trash but they do make really inexpensive gin and tonics, which is important. GET ALL THE SALT POPCORN. Is gross.
The absolute best croissants. They good. Especially the almond chocolate croissant.
Nice view of the city from the top of the mountain
Great coffee, best consumed on the stoop just outside the iconic Mackay fruit party store delicatessen.
Massive sandwiches in a whimsical garden setting.
So many plants. So many beers.
This is where we went to school. It's very pretty. Perhaps you catch it on the one week a year it is not under construction.
Super cute bar. Good snacks/brunch.
Tea and scones and cute vibez.
So. much. bread. Go here.
Park with beautiful reservoirs and even more beautiful dogs.
Bookstore with great finds. Super close to McGill.
Best rugelach on the planet. This is fact.
The baked goods and coffee are dope. I think all of my contributions to this list are bakery related? Anyway, this cafe is a good place to grab snacks for a nice walk along the water in the Old Port.
Beautiful bar with magical sparkling wine. One of my favorite hangouts to go to when I come home to see my best friends.
Beautiful canal park, named "La Chine" supposedly because Jacques Cartier thought he was in China when he first landed.
Atwater Market is amazing for all types of fresh food, and it's next to the Lachine Canal Park. In 2010, when we were both living here and the Montreal Canadiens had a fantastic playoff run (beating the #1 seed Washington Capitals in the first round, and the reigning champion Pittsburgh Penguins in the second), someone in Atwater market sold a specially-designed sausage for each player on the Habs lineup.
