Question

Will transportation be provided for wedding guests?

Answer

Yes, a complimentarty shuttle service will provide transportation to the wedding. The shuttles will depart the Westin Waltham Hotel at 4:20 pm. The shuttles will return to the Westin Waltham at 8:30 pm, 9:30 pm and 10:10 pm. The drivers will be prepared to leave at those times, no announcement will be made.

What attire is recommended?

Answer

The wedding is cocktail atiree. The ceremony is outdoors and on grass, weather dependent, so thicker heels or flats are recommended. The cocktail hour and dinner reception will be outdoors under a tent.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

If the weather does not cooperate for the ceremony, we will say our vows under the tent at Pierce House.

Will there be an afterparty?

Answer

We are planning to reconvene at the hotel lobby bar with pizza after the reception concludes. Please note, the Westin Waltham prohibits guests from bringing in their own alcohol to the hotel. Hotel staff can't see you bring in alcohol (wink).
