We invite you to be fully present during our ceremony by enjoying the moment without digital distractions. Our ceremony will be unplugged, so we kindly ask that you turn off your phones and cameras. This will help our professional photographers capture the beauty of our special day without interruption. We look forward to sharing our professional wedding photos with you soon. Feel free to snap away and celebrate with us during the reception!

The ceremony will be outdoors at the Trappers Cabin at the Rolling Green Venue.

Where should I park?

Answer

Guests can enjoy complimentary parking at the golf course parking lots. Additionally, we'll provide a convenient shuttle service to transport guests back to their hotels in Lloydminster after the reception.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We understand the guest list is limited by our venue's capacity. To ensure we can celebrate with our closest loved ones, we kindly request that you only bring the guests specifically named on your wedding invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

We've arranged complimentary wine service for each table during dinner and the reception, with an open bar available until 8pm. After 8pm, guests can purchase additional drink tickets if desired.
