We so look forward to celebrating our wedding with all of our closest friends and family. We are happy to report that we have a 97% vaccination rate among our wedding guests, however we do hope that all will consider socially distancing, masking, and monitoring your symptoms extra closely in the days leading up to our wedding to ensure we have a safe event. Vermont does not currently have a mask mandate in place, however we will have masks available at our reception should you feel more comfortable wearing one. Let's all be safe to protect our loved ones (that's you!) and celebrate!

In the interest of the health and safety of our family and friends, we have made the difficult decision to postpone our wedding to 2021. While we were so looking forward to celebrating with our loved ones this year, we feel this is the safest decision in the current situation of our world. We can't wait to celebrate with you on our new date, 9/11/21!

While Kristin was on a trip to Colorado, James was back in Boston grabbing brunch with his step sister Lexie... who happened to be best friends with Kristin's freshman roommate, Erica. Erica and Lexie had an inclination that Kristin and James were meant to be together. After a few weeks of failed plans, Kristin and James met on their last-ditch effort at a speakeasy in downtown Boston. They talked the night away and found they had tons in common. A few days later, they went on a proper first date at their now-favorite spot, Barcelona Wine Bar, where they enjoyed themselves so much that 5 hours had gone by before they knew it. The rest, one could say, was history.

While on a trip to Aspen with friends, the group embarked on a beautiful hike overlooking Snowmass and the surrounding mountain ranges. All was normal until James darted down a path to an overlook a short distance from the top. Kristin mindlessly followed along, thinking she could capture a great shot. When she turned around, she found James on one knee popping the question. Once she realized what was happening, it didn't take more than a second for her to say "YES!" The couple was lucky to be surrounded by good friends to celebrate the rest of the most perfect day.
