Marrying a Morgan!

Sometime in March 2023 we both put on our uniforms, headed into work, not having a clue that we would cross paths later that day. James’ unit transported a patient to LLUMC ER and was assigned to Kristine (well not exactly)! Being that Kristine’s assignment was being shut down for the remainder of her shift, she knew this patient was intended for another assignment. However, did she stop James from attempting to get through his report? Not a chance! Ha! She smiled and sparkle-eyed him as he (occasionally) stuttered through his report and stole glances at her. Oddly every time he’d look at her he’d start to stutter, hmm! Eventually she would go on to let him know that the patient was in fact assigned elsewhere and show him where to go. They parted ways to never see each other again. Until 5 months later….Bumble did its magic! James popped up on her account and upon the pure shock of seeing his face, she threw the phone. Yep, chucked it across the room from nervousness! She closed the app and moved on about her business…for 3 days. She logged in on that 3rd day and who was the first person to pop up? James Morgan. Nervously she swiped YES! That wasn’t it though, she would have to start the conversation! She nervously made the move to acknowledge that she had recognized him from so many months prior. He replies, “you’re that nurse from Loooommmaaaaaa…”. Relieved he remembered her she continued to flirt, poke and tease him. True Kristine fashion! In early September he invited her for coffee where they talked for 6 hours! From then on they’d spend all day texting and countless hours talking, sometimes until the sun came up the next day! He would eventually and FINALLY ask her to be his girlfriend November 4th, 2023. Fast forward a few months and we are planning our wedding!
