Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?

Answer

Yes! Both the ceremony and reception will take place at Equestria West at Bavaria Downs.

The full address of our venue is Equestria West at Bavaria Downs 3913 Bavaria Rd Chaska, MN 55318. After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the couple’s names and the brown ‘Equestria West: Event Parking’ sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!

Will the ceremony be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal attire. We suggest suit and ties for men, and long or midi-length dresses for women.

Will their be transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue?

Answer

Yes - we are providing shuttle transportation from the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Eden Prairie to Equestria West. Pre-ceremony shuttles will depart before the ceremony begins, and return shuttles will be available at the end of the evening. A detailed shuttle schedule will be shared once finalized. PLEASE NOTE: Rideshare options (Uber/Lyft) are available but may be limited later in the evening.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

If you are not using the provided shuttle transportation, please plan to arrive by 3:45pm CT. The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm CT. Address: 3913 Bavaria Rd, Chaska, MN 55318

Is there parking available near your wedding venue?

Answer

Yes - Equestria West has a dedicated parking lot for guests. Please note, you may leave your car overnight at the venue; however, all vehicles must be picked up by 11am the following day.

Are plus ones and children allowed?

Answer

If your invitation includes “and guest” or the name of your guest, you are welcome to bring a plus-one. While we love your little ones, we are only able to accommodate children who are part of the wedding ceremony.

Will there by a hotel block?

Answer

Yes - we have a hotel block at the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Eden Prairie. You can find the booking link under the "Travel" tab on our website.
