Both the wedding ceremony and reception that follows will be held at Willow's Lodge in Woodinville, WA. www.willowslodge.com The Ceremony will be in the gazebo outside behind the ball room. The reception will be held in the ballroom.

Where do I park?Where do I park?

Answer

Upon arrival pull to the right of the round about for free valet parking. The lodge highly recommends allowing for valet parking as you will have a tough time finding a spot due to the busy holiday month.

Where do I go when I arrive in the lodge?Where do I go when I arrive in the lodge?

Answer

The lodge staff will greet you when you enter and direct you to the waiting area outside of the ballroom. There will also be a sign put up. Guests will then walk through the ballroom to the outside area in the back where the gazebo is lcoated. The ceremoney will take place in the Gazebo.

The Gazebo will be tented with built in heaters. Please keep your coats and gloves on though! The Gazebo will remain an open area for people to mingle throughout the night.

During the reception the backyard area will be open with heaters for people to mingle outside. There will be a lighted firepit for anyone to use as well. Feel free to wander around the grounds to enjoy the lights and features although it will be dark. Bathrooms are located in the hall next to the buffet/bar/mingle area next to the ballroom.
